Banks and payments

We connect business systems directly to banks and payment operators. In Bulgaria we have integrated UBB, Postbank and DSK Bank, together with BORICA — the shared card and payment infrastructure the whole Bulgarian banking system runs on. Card payments and online transfers go through Stripe and myPOS. Bank statements are imported and matched against invoices automatically, instead of being reconciled by hand.

Accounting automation

Documents, invoices and counterparties move between the operational system and Microinvest without being typed in twice. The exchange runs over Microinvest file formats, which is what most installations expose. The accounting team stops copying data by hand and works with what the business system already knows.

ACH payments for the US market

For clients operating in the United States we generate payment files in the NACHA format used by the ACH network, so a payment run leaves the system ready for the bank to process instead of being keyed in again. We build and operate the integration itself — 2i Digitals is not a payment processor, money transmitter or ODFI.

US transport and logistics

For US freight operations we pull the load boards into a single workflow — DAT, Uber Freight, Echo Drive, C.H. Robinson, 123 Loadboard and Parade are searched together, so dispatchers compare and book without opening six sites. Farelanes supplies lane pricing, and MileMaker the mileage, routing and weather along it. That is the integration work behind E-Dispatcher, our own platform. For shipment visibility we integrate MacroPoint and we build TruckState, our own platform that keeps each load on a single timeline from assignment to delivery, together with its documents and communication.

Notifications and communication

The systems we build reach people through the channels they already use — SMS and voice through Twilio, transactional email through SendGrid, and campaign and list communication through Mailchimp. Notifications are triggered by events in the process: a changed status, an approaching deadline, a failed payment. Every send is logged, so it can be traced afterwards.

Email as a data source

We connect directly to mailboxes on Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace, read incoming messages and their attachments, extract the data and act on it — creating a record, updating a status, routing the message onward, or replying automatically. Access is limited to the mailboxes agreed with the client, and only the extracted data is stored, not the correspondence itself.

AI inside the integration layer

AI sits where the data is messy: reading complex documents and images, extracting what matters, and turning it into records and actions inside the system rather than a summary someone still has to re-type. It also classifies and routes incoming mail, and powers assistants and chatbots that answer from a company's own data. Every AI step passes the same validation rules as the rest of the flow, and anything below the confidence threshold goes to a person.
