This policy describes how 2i Digitals LLC ("2i Digitals", "we", "us") handles personal data of visitors to our website. We aim to keep it short, readable, and aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Cookies: see our Cookies Policy.
  • Analytics (optional): anonymised usage data processed by Google Analytics — only if you give consent.
  • AI assistant: the content of questions you send to our AI helper may be logged to improve the service. Do not enter sensitive information.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your inquiries and maintain communication.
  • To improve the website and our services.
  • For security and abuse prevention.

4. Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Consent — for analytics cookies.
  • Legitimate interest — site security and abuse prevention.
  • Performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures — for inquiries received through the contact form.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors necessary to operate the site:

  • Hosting (DigitalOcean).
  • Analytics (Google), if you consent.
  • Email infrastructure for handling inquiries.

All processors operate under contract and in line with GDPR.

6. How long we keep data

  • Contact-form messages: up to 12 months after the last communication.
  • Analytics: per Google's retention policy.
  • Cookie-consent record: 12 months, after which we'll ask you again.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access your data.
  • Correct inaccuracies.
  • Erase (right to be forgotten).
  • Restrict processing.
  • Object to processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: cpdp.bg.

8. International data transfers

Some processors (e.g. Google) are based outside the European Economic Area. Transfers happen under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful GDPR mechanisms.

9. Security

Our website runs over HTTPS (TLS). Server access is restricted and controlled. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data.
